Magnetic Platform

The magnetic platform consists of several components: driving wheels, driven wheels, control system and remote control. It uses permanent magnets to be attached to the steel surface. The wheel sets are driven by servo motors and a reduction gear system, and the platform can be equipped with other tools or modules to achieve specific functions.

Negative Pressure Platform

The negative pressure platform is the key component that allows the robot to stably move and operate on vertical or inclined surfaces. The vacuum suction module of the platform provides excellent sealing, enabling the robot to firmly adhere to the surface. The platform has a stable structure to support the robot's weight and the load generated during operation. It is integrated with an intelligent control system that adjusts the suction force and movement strategy based on sensor feedback to adapt to various working conditions.

Hydroblasting Module

The system is composed of several parts, including a rotary, spray lance, recovery dome, and hoisting rod. The ultra-high-pressure water passes through the rotary, causing the spray lance to rotate and the recovery dome to move, thereby achieving the surface preparation operation.

Hydraulic End

The hydraulic end is a critical component of the entire system, as it directly impacts the pump's performance and efficiency. Its primary function is to convert mechanical energy into pressure energy, thereby generating a high-pressure water flow.

Remote Controller
