The surface preparation robot and its associated equipment include several key components: The robot, ultra-high-pressure pump, vacuum recovery pump, and wastewater filtration system. The UHP pump primarily pressurizes and delivers water to the cleaning unit of the robot. The robot performs surface preparation through the rotation of the spray bar and the movement of the robot's platform. Wastewater and debris generated during the process are collected through recovery pipes into the recovery pump, which then transports the wastewater to the filtration system. After passing through the filtration and solid-liquid separation systems, the waste and water are separated to meet industrial discharge standards and achieve freshwater recycling.
