Shihe technology thermal power water wall detection robot appears at 2018 special equipment exhibition
On November 28, Beijing Shihe science and Technology Co., Ltd. participated in China special equipment exhibition and exhibited the first thermal power water wall detection robot in China.

On November 28, 2018 national special equipment safety and energy saving academic conference and scientific and technological achievements exhibition was held in the beautiful spring city Kunming. The national special equipment safety and energy saving academic conference and scientific and technological achievements exhibition are held every two years, aiming to promote the academic exchange of the national special equipment industry and display the latest special equipment inspection and testing technology and equipment. It is the highest level and the most influential academic conference and scientific and technological achievements exhibition in the special equipment industry.
At the exhibition, Beijing Shihe technology and Beijing quanhengtong Technology Co., Ltd. jointly exhibited the first thermal water wall detection robot in China, attracting special inspection units to stop and watch.
Before the detection of water wall in thermal power plant, manual detection was used, with low efficiency and high rate of missing detection. In addition, the life and health of maintenance personnel are difficult to be effectively guaranteed, with high safety risk and poor working environment. The cold wall detection robot independently developed by Shihe technology can:
Remote imaging of the water wall tube bank in the furnace;
Realize automatic measurement of deformation of tube bank;
With visual recognition function, it can help to find defects.
Through the robot remote control system, engineers can inspect and analyze the boiler water wall in the office, and predict the defect development according to the analysis results.
