HighMate AP Ex Series Multi-Functional Robot
HighMate AP Ex series multi-functional robots developed by RobotPlusPlus aims to tackle the blasting and coating processes. Developed on the basis of a permanent magnet chassis, AP Ex seriesrobot can achieve different operations by carrying different modules. Various equipment is requiredfor different operation processes.
Different combinations can be chosen according to actual application scenarios and demand.
HighMate AP-EX-F-CO + VOC Side-Mounted Spray Coating Robot
RobotPlusPlus's independently developed side-mounted spray coating robot (AP-EX-F-CO) has amaximum load capacity of 50kg and can carry two spray guns. A curved surface adaptive mechanismis added to the bottom, enabling it to adapt to a minimum curvature of 3m diameter. The chassis moves at a high speed, and this fast movement allows the robot to coat evenly, which helps reduce paint defects such as orange peel and sagging.
This hydroblasting robot is used for surface preparation on large steel strucutres like ships and tanks. The robot can achieve effieicnt and environmental-friendly blasting operation, with vacuum recovery to reduce the pollution of wastewater and debris. This type of robot not only increase the production rate, but also reduce the danger and harm caused to the operators, hence is a great solution in various industries.

This product is the latest hydroblasting robot developed by RobotPlusPlus. Featuring the innovative four-wheel flexbile magnetic platform design, the robot offers strong curvature adaptability, excellent obstacle crossing performance, stable attachment ability, advanced intelligence and wide range of applications. It is capable of covering over 98% of the ship hull surface preparation. Furthermore, it can be connected to a recovery pump to achieve highly efficient waste recovery, making it an all-around robotic solution.

HighMate AP Series, developed by RobotPlusPlus, is a multi-function robot designed for oil and gas industry. A set of AP robot consists robot chassis, control system, operation module and specific technique module. Three different operation modules include swing arm, horizontal module and hydroblasting dome, which can achieve open abrasive blasting (dry/wet), enclosed abrasive blasting and high pressure washing / enclosed hydroblasting.
