Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall design of robot products, material selection and selection of key components, as well as related analysis and calculation;
2. Responsible for the mechanical structure design of robot products and the collation and summary of related design materials (parts drawings, processing documents, related BOM, etc.);
3. Responsible for assembly and debugging of robot products and subsequent product iteration optimization;
4. Responsible for solving technical problems in the process of product production, assembly and commissioning;
5. Responsible for the preparation of technical documents such as new product research and related design schemes.
Job Requirements
1. Education requirements: Master degree or above;
2. Professional requirements: mechanical design and automation, mechatronics and other related majors;
3. Work experience: mechanical design experience of robot human products is preferred; Have independent design experience of non-standard products, more than 3 years of mechanical product design or non-standard automation design work experience (at least two kinds of production and processing of physical objects), have good practical work experience can reduce requirements;
4. Skill requirements: Proficient in relevant design and analysis software;
5. Proficient in the working principle of all kinds of motor, reducer, chain drive, gear drive, lead rail and other motion-related mechanical parts, and can carry out correct design and selection;
6. Proficient in machining, stamping, casting, sheet metal, injection molding and other processing processes, can develop the corresponding processing technology according to requirements.
