Job responsibilities 
1. Responsible for the whole cycle management of robot products, including but not limited to demand analysis, product design, development, testing and launching;
2. Responsible for in-depth understanding and mining customer needs, market research, analysis of industry trends, and decision-making support for product strategy formulation;
3. Responsible for formulating and implementing product plans, tracking product progress, and working closely with R&D, operation and other teams to ensure the smooth progress of products as planned;
4. Responsible for writing and updating product requirement documents to ensure that product requirements are accurately and completely recorded and communicated;
5. Continue to pay attention to the dynamics of the industry and competitors, carry out product optimization and iteration, and improve product competitiveness;
6. Coordinate internal and external resources, maintain good communication and cooperation with other departments and partners, and jointly promote the development of products;
7. Responsible for product marketing and promotion, including but not limited to formulation of marketing strategies, development and management of promotion channels, planning and execution of market activities, etc.;
8. Regularly report work to superiors, timely feedback on problems and solutions, and provide strong support for product development.

 

Job Requirements 
1. Master degree or above, major in computer, robotics, software, automation, etc.;
2. More than three years of B-end robot product manager experience, special robots, mobile robots and related successful cases are preferred;
3. Familiar with intelligent hardware, robotics, artificial intelligence and other related fields of knowledge;
4. Strong logical thinking ability, solid customer demand analysis, mining ability, product design ability, can independently complete product planning;
5. Strong coordination/communication and document writing skills, good at summarizing data and finding problems;
6. Sensitive to the market, able to accurately grasp the industry trend, with certain market analysis ability;
7. Skilled use of product design tools;
8. Have a good team spirit, can adapt to high-intensity work environment.
